As a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Adam represents a diverse clientele including global companies, small businesses, and individuals in patent and trademark prosecution matters, post-grant proceedings, and litigation throughout the United States. His extensive portfolio covers various industries such as mechanical arts, software and computer arts, and electronic arts. Additionally, Adam provides valuable counsel on service agreements, licensing, and financing due diligence.
Adam earned his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School in 2006. Throughout his time at law school, he served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Tulane Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. Adam also gained valuable experience as a judicial extern, working with the Honorable T. Michael Putnam in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, as well as with the Honorable Pascal F. Calogero, Former Chief Justice of the Louisiana State Supreme Court. Before embarking on his legal career, Adam achieved academic excellence, earning a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Auburn University, where he was recognized by his peers as the Most Outstanding Graduate. Prior to law school, Adam worked as an engineer at ExxonMobil Corp.
