Greg Latham

Greg Latham founded Intellectual Property Consulting in 2007 and currently serves as the firm’s managing director. His primary role consists of servicing clients with intellectual property concerns including trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, entertainment, software and Internet law. Greg assists clients with general business counseling, licensing, litigation, copyright and trademark prosecution in a wide variety of industries.
Prior to founding IPC, Greg was a partner at Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrere & Denegre, L.L.P., where he specialized in IP litigation, portfolio development and management.
Greg graduated J.D., cum laude from Tulane University School of Law in 1998. Immediately prior to law school, Greg received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana where he was enrolled in the engineering school.
