Divot Board, LLC has retained Intellectual Property Consulting (IPC) to file a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against Derealized Ltd. d/b/a Golf Daddy, a company based in London.
Divot Board, LLC recently learned that Golf Daddy had been selling and importing an infringing product known as the “Divot Daddy Pro.” Divot Board is the owner of U.S. Pat. No. 10,639,539 covers a proprietary golf training aid that provides instant feedback on a golfer’s swing based on the divot created on the device.
On January 18, 2023, IPC attorney, Stephen Kepper, filed a lawsuit on behalf of Divot Board, LLC seeking monetary damages and injunctive relief.
